Absolutely loved the Chicken Tikka Masala at this local Indian gem! The Chicken was tender (thin sliced, not large chunks) and cooked perfectly, covered in a creamy, rich tomato-based sauce full of spices The balance of flavors was spot on - level 3 was spicy but with just enough kick to keep it interesting. The basmati rice was fluffy with buttery garlic nan on the side that was perfect for scooping up the sauce. If you're ever on UC's campus you must stop in and try!
I have high standards for indian restaurants and Adeep India exceeds all my expectations. Both my parents are punjabi chefs but they live in NY and this restaurant reminds me of their cooking every time. The quality of food is way better than any restaurant I've found in Louisville/KY.10/10 recommend every time ?
