So when we got engaged and started planning our wedding, we were both crossing our fingers to be able to have Brown Bear cinnamon rolls for our guests — and Chaske made our dreams come true!! “I love Pixi sweets! They are amazing! I am gluten free out of medical necessity and they are SO SO great about their gluten free/vegan options! Every one of their regular cupcake flavors are available gf/vegan. Every month almost all (if not all) of their monthly special cupcake flavors are gluten free. Whenever I go in and they don't have a cupcake flavor available gluten free due to ingredients they are so helpful and help create a close alternate for me. (For example every March Irish carbomb is not typically gluten free because of beer in the cupcake batter, so they dress up a gf chocolate cupcake for me with the baileys buttercream and I am in heaven!) highly recommend them for all your gf cupcake needs!“

“Just got done with a hot out of the oven pretzel. Wowser! We came for bread to go with an Italian meal, but we also got English muffins. The muffins look tasty, but they are even better than they look. They are the kind of good that if you think of them you might find yourself traveling long distances to go get one. Each time, the cakes are absolutely beautiful and taste amazing. The decorations on the cakes are always beautiful. The first was a white heart shaped cake with vintage-style bordering - right from a Pinterest board. Our wedding cake was two tiered and also vintage styled. They are also so kind! “I don't know how to change the star rating, but I give this bakery 5 stars !!!! I ordered a basketweave cake the morning before my daughter's birthday. My husband and daughters are cake people, me not so much. To me all cake taste like it's from a box. Boy, was I wrong! This is the best cake I have ever had. It was a double layer, 8 inch with basketweave and colorful flowers. The cake was so moist and dense....my favorite kind. I'm embarrassed to say how many "little" pieces I had. It was so delicious and I will continue to order from this bakery. I have always bought other things (mainly their large pretzel sandwich and pretzels/bistro dip) but now I am their biggest cake fan!!!“

“The sourdough at this place is just as excellent as all the reviews say. The unsung hero of the menu however are the scones. I am a scone hater and this scone transformed me. There is some magic going on with a sugared top crust and crispy bottom, along with being not too sweet and having a perfectly textured and buttery inside. Wow, I’ll be back ?“
