Their seasonal macarons specifically never fail to surprise me in the best way but nothing will ever beat the chocolate covered strawberry flavored ones!!! “The girl that greeted us had dark hair (black I believe) I should’ve gotten her name. I was going in to pick up a testing cookie-Pumpkin cheesecake, with my 3 young kids. I’m someone who’s easily stressed and wanted this to be a quick in and out type of deal, we came 10 minutes early so I was expecting to wait but nope it was ready! We also ended up buying the cookies and cream cake. The cashier/baker was the sweetest though, even if the cookies had been terrible we’d come back to see her.

The pumpkin cheesecake was delicious, right amount of cheesecake and pumpkin flavor with the graham cracker crumbl on top. I was so excited this was at the location near us. Thank you!!!!!“

“I ordered a Caramel Pound Cake for my Hubby’s birthday. We celebrated at Longhorn and everyone in the restaurant wanted a slice of that cake! It was moist, buttery, and delicious! We also had chocolate strawberries, and snickers strawberries. The strawberries were sweet, and we really enjoyed them. Our guest was amazed at the taste of all the desserts. I love reading these reviews that complain about how expensive it is, yet they sell out within the hour on many items on the weekend. We come into town from DC to visit family and this is one spot I never miss. The pain au chocolat is fantastic and all the other wildly creative concoctions are a great way to experience different flavors with traditional pastry styles. Best bakery I've ever been to and I don't even like pastries and this kind of thing in the morning. I like bacon, eggs, and hashbrowns. I'll obviously leave the complaint about parking to the city, not the bakery.“

The pumpkin pie was so delicate and light (THESE ARE GOOD THINGS). Sometimes a pumpkin pie can be so heavy and too rich but this was effortless joy, airy and the flavor beat anything I’ve ever even attempted to make. “If you are in the area visiting O'Smiley's Toys, walk one block to Mt. Washington Creamy Whip. I was jonesing for some ice cream before we left for home. They serve four different flavors of soft serve ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, blueberry and pineapple). Swirling is available. They also offer some flavors of hand dipped ice creams as we as baked goods like brownies, thumb print cookies. There is seating out front on the sidewalk as well as some limited seating in the back. The back room is decorated with various vintage pieces. There is a piano in this area. A patron was giving an impromptu concert. Well worth the stop.“

“Love! My partner and I walked in and were warmly welcomed by friendly staff. (Seriously the most friendly and warm greeting I've had anywhere in a long time.) Between the two of us, we had a blueberry muffin, cinnamon bun, éclair, cream puff, spinach parmesan pastry and a pastry similar to a margherita. I also had a loose leaf chai which is available unsweetened.

I enjoyed all my pastries. The staff made sure I had a safe place to plug in my laptop and really went beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

I have to say the star of the show were the eclair and the creme puff. I've always loved these desserts in general because cream is divine to me. I usually kind of felt like choux is just meh. BUT the choux here is out of this world. I have never had anything like it, the texture is not chewy and bland as I'm used to. Here, it is as it should be, airy with a crisp outside.

We found a picture of a cake my daughter wanted for her birthday and they were able to make it at an affordable price under $40. I called other local bakeries and was quoted $95 and up and another place quoted me $125. Thank you all for making beautiful affordable cakes. The cake was a delicious strawberry flavor and we will be returning in the future for other birthday cakes.“
