I ordered 2 bagels. Picked up rapid pickup, went out to my car and I was short a bagel. I went back in and they were like oh we were waiting on you. Really? Cause 4 people watched me pick my bag up and leave. I used a gift card attached to my loyalty card (cause ya know everything is digital). I did not have a debit card with me, because I did not need it I paid online. They were unable to give me my money back. I HATE this location.
