I got two drinks. One drink came out within seconds and the other took 27 more minutes. My daughters drink was not good by the time we got the second drink. Why not just make them at the same time? Every single person coming in after us was getting their drinks before me. I love Starbucks but I’ve only had issues at this particular location and no others but it was a convenient location at the time. I’ll just drive out of the way next time.

This Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. The baristas, including Jackson, Robert, and Amy, are amazing and make everyone feel welcome. Jackson is the best, knows orders, and is great at conversation. Amy is the sweetest person and a bright light. Drinks are always good and perfect. However, the floors are dirty at 10 am, and there is not enough space to sit. Service can be slow; one person waited 8 minutes to order with no line ahead. Despite this, customers recommend this location and say it is one of the best Starbucks they have been to.
