I think servatii's gets overlooked with Panera next door, but they have great bakery items and I love their giant pretzels. Give them a try if you haven't been in a while.The staff is friendly and fast and the donuts are tasty!
We ordered a cake for my son's birthday and they told us we could do cow print around the sides of a half sheet cake. Then not even 2 days before the party they call and tell us they can't do it, that print is only for round cakes, so we had to change our entire cake. You can't cut fondant??? And we ordered another cake a couple weeks out and a week out from the party they told us we couldn't change the flavor of the cake, when they hadn't even started...
I am a complete pecan pie snob. When its perfect like theirs it is my favorite desert. When it's not, I don't care for it. The only bakery I have found that makes it perfect every time.
