Finally got the arby q back and some dude is back there making them who wasn't alive the first time they were out and he's just barely putting any bbq sauce on them. Like come on dude way to kill a dream.

Order classic roast...got ALL the way home....no beef in between the buns...trust me I looked several times in disbelief. Today, next visit...ordered small plain cheeseburger (no one cared to mention only one size) was charged $7.99...grill slip reads No sauce, tomato, shed lettuce, pickles, or onion....yet no credit!!! But when order those items I am charged extra....something crooked

They've been good the few times I've gone. Horsey sauce is the best on any of the sandwiches. Not cheap anymore. But, The Jamocha shake is worth a pitstop occasionally.

My food arrived drenched in cheese sauce and some other sweet sauce that tasted horrible. I was given a of napkins yet it still wasn't enough to clean up the mess or greasiness from sauces.

If I could leave a 0 start for the service I would!
I placed a mobile order yesterday, went through the drive thru and then was greeted “can I help you?” No manners at all not professional. There was 2 cars ahead of me and when I got the the speaker I was told they could not get to my order I would have to pull around front (very rude tone!)
I went around and waited and then pulled back around and then I was told I need to go inside, I stated I had a 3 month baby in my back seat and then was told “no you need to come inside” so I said to cancel my order and she proceeded to run her mouth. I will not be back to this place. Down right disrespectful for no reason.
I’m a general manager myself and if I had an employee act this way there would be consequences.
You don’t greet someone “can I help you” not at any restaurant I’ve worked at anyways. Seems like someone needs to be trained better or get their attitude in check.
