We come here often, but tonight was quite different. The photos I am attaching are if shrimp, completely dipped in batter, the tails are still on and the batter is not completely done. The shrimp look to be cooked all the way. It looked like just 1 person was working but this was not a good experience for $40.

The fish was not the normal white fish. it had a consistency I have never experienced in fish. The taste was not good. The fries were only luck warm.

Visited the Danville store yesterday evening at around 9pm. Doors were locked and ppl inside laughed when I couldn't get in. Went around to the drive through to place my spouse's order and they told me they were out of tilapia but didn't even offer an alternative. I left feeling like I'd been some big burden to them or something.

Ashley, was one of the most efficient young ladies I have ever seen. Great customer service food was great and it was hot.
Got the sampler platter a small drink and a piece of catfish for $21.00. The piece of catfish was $3.00 and looked like a small chicken finger (about 3” long). I couldn’t believe it. It wasn’t a filet. The grease wasn’t hot enough that the seafood was cooked in so it was very greasy. Service was fast enough. Just wasn’t happy with the quality of the food. I don’t mind paying premium prices for premium food, but this wasn’t the case. Service was the only reason I didn’t give a 1 star.
