We go here alot, usually out of what we want ( mac n cheese, grilled kids nuggets etc.) And stuff is just thrown in the bag all crazy, fries haven't been fresh for weeks, never get a fork or straw most of the time. Fruit was mushy and old.

Ordered online and when I arrived at the mobile pick up lane, every single employee was amazing and so super kind. The employees there are cheerful and happy and make your experience amazing! Thank you and will go more often!
Visited during lunch and fortunately ordered carry-out. The wait wasn't bad especially since it was packed (inside and drive thru).

Came here around roughly 5pm today and ordered through mobile drive thru. Some error occurred on the app after scanning and I pulled up to where you receive the food for a team member to assist. Another car pulled up behind me soon after and a team member gave them their order and simply ignored me and went back inside.
I suggest team members acknowledge the first car in line as now it’s all up to me to take care of the situation and now prevent the line from backing up. Love Chick fil A and worked at one in college, but the team member working the drive thru food delivery today was abysmal.

I had a small catering order to take to Centre College. When I went to pick it up, everyone was so friendly I was helped promptly and the order was perfect. The team members were so helpful our group returned afterwards to eat. Well done, keep it up!
