Came here around roughly 5pm today and ordered through mobile drive thru. Some error occurred on the app after scanning and I pulled up to where you receive the food for a team member to assist. Another car pulled up behind me soon after and a team member gave them their order and simply ignored me and went back inside.
I suggest team members acknowledge the first car in line as now it’s all up to me to take care of the situation and now prevent the line from backing up. Love Chick fil A and worked at one in college, but the team member working the drive thru food delivery today was abysmal.

I had a small catering order to take to Centre College. When I went to pick it up, everyone was so friendly I was helped promptly and the order was perfect. The team members were so helpful our group returned afterwards to eat. Well done, keep it up!

The service at this location is hit or miss. I come in here often and today might be the last time I come for awhile. Chick Fil A isn’t exactly an inexpensive fast food option and for what customers are paying for meals (drinks especially), they really need to do better about offering refills. I stood at the counter waiting for a refill for over 5 minutes. Several customers came and went ordering their meals as I stood waiting. 2 individuals who looked like management completely ignored me. I eventually threw my soda cup away and left. If you’re going to ignore customers, at least move the soda fountains to where we can get our own refills like other establishments.

We are from northern Kentucky first time at the Danville Chick-fil-A. The portions are extremely small!
Most overrated fast food I’ve ever had. I waited years to finally try this place and seriously disappointed. Spicy chicken sandwich was no bigger than the ham on an egg McMuffin. A couple of chicken nuggets from Walmart on a bun would have been more filling than a “deluxe chicken sandwich”. Won’t ever go to another ChikFilet?.

Food come out super fast, they bring it out to the table for you! The staff is so friendly and helpful. It’s also super clean inside, plus if you have kids there’s a playhouse inside too, not something you see a lot these days! There was also a vase of real flowers on the table, I thought it was cute. Will definitely come back! We loved the food and service.

I always have had good experiences at this location. I waited for what seemed like forever, for Chik-fil-a to come to Danville and I am so happy that they have. So far I have not been disappointed by the food or service!!
Dietary restrictions: They offer a great Grilled Chicken Sandwich. And a Grilled Chicken Salad as well. Also, something that you must try if you are counting those calories, or not. Is their Egg White Grill Meal.
As much as I hate to say due to loving chick-fil-A it will probably be a while before eating it again. It definitely shows that the new has worn off of the Danville, KY location. While going in to eat there last night we walked to four different tables and all were dirty and no one cleaning. At that point I got several napkins and put hand sanitizer on them just to clean a table to eat at. While sitting at the table and looking around at others the flowers were all dead, brown and wilted.
