His quarterly rotating cocktail menu is on another level—he takes classic cocktails, breaks them down, and rebuilds them into something completely original. Every drink feels intentional, creative, and dialed in.

And it’s not just cocktails. The beer and wine selection is excellent across the board.

Then there’s the food. Lee is behind it all, and the weekly specials are something we genuinely look forward to. This isn’t typical pub food—this is what pub food should be when it’s reimagined and refined by people who truly care about what they’re creating. Every dish feels thoughtful, unique, and worth showing up for.
