I have never once left a review on anything but tonight I feel the need to. The food was not good. I ordered chicken and dumplings and it was just a bunch of slop pretty much. The chicken didn’t even remotely look even close to chicken, looked more like puke honestly. The silverware we got was dirty and even the tiny plates had black stuff all over it. The only thing that was good was the biscuits. Never been here and I’ll never be back and I’ll definitely let people know about the experience. 60 something dollars is insane for some food we only took very little bites off of with some dirty silverware.

Loved our visit to Cracker Barrel! Sitting by the beautiful fireplace while enjoying hot, delicious comfort food was the best. Such a cozy, welcoming vibe. Definitely ask for Michaela or Krystal—they’re amazing and make the experience even better!

I placed an online order on the website, went to pick it up and waited awhile for my order, I asked for ketchup and plastic ware and did not receive any. I got back to my job to eat my food, the food is cold it was not even warm, the meatloaf was dried out and burnt. Terrible experience.

Me and my mom love the new menus! Our meal tasted great! We each ordered a $5 meal to go and we loved them. I also love that you can earn points every time you eat at cracker barrel.We will definitely be back!

My family Loves going to Cracker Barrel especially the one in Danville KY! We frequently get Stephanie as our waitress and she is extremely delightful!

I am really disappointed in the change to the turnip greens. I have always loved them and have driven several miles to get them for dinner. I felt the changes left them bland and tasteless. There are several other food changes that would put the success of a staple to many families as a no go restaurant!

I am still waiting on my food. My fiance and I got a drink like 30 minutes in, finally. We went ahead and ordered our food when we ordered our drinks cause we knew we wouldn't see our waitress again. An hour later, not any food in sight. They are not that busy.

Great service friendly customer service

2 outta 4 entrees come out cold. Reordered 1 of the 2. It came out over cooked. Other 2 parties with us 1 outta 2 steaks ordered identical 1 come under cooked. Had to wait awhile for the manager. She was rude said she’d just pay for two a the 2 meals. Won’t be back. We’ve been to many Cracker Barrel’s throughout the states & this is the only one we wouldn’t come back too. Waitress was nice. Place was clean.

Food was not hot, and that's typical lately. Our server was a sweet girl who did her best.
