So rude caled several time and the lady finally picked up and then said hello and hung up, when i came to the restaurant her and the manager were very rude and did not fix the situation then both laughed! Yea heres that review and they refused to give me their names too! Both toothless...sad world

Slowest Jimmy Johns in the world. The workers will flirt with each other and ignore inshop tickets. Took us 45 minutes to get a few sandwiches when there was nobody else there, the workers got an attitude with us. There was also blood on the seat and water all over the kitchen. Highly recommend going to subway instead. There were 4 people standing around doing nothing.

Not sure what happened to “Jimmy John’s fast” but can’t say that anymore. I’ve waited two different times on a delivery order that took an hour to get to me. I work down the road 5 min. away. In the store today I waited way too long for a sandwich when they weren’t busy. Super disappointing.

Every time ive ordered delivery in the recent months, it's been extremely slow. I had to wait an hour for them to bring a sandwich like 5 blocks last time. So to save time I went in today and got a sandwich on wheat bread. Each slice was twice as thick as normal. I had to cut half the bread off before I could even take a bite. I showed a coworker and she said that's how it was last time she went there as well. The employee who made it was friendly though.

This is the slowest “fast food” place I have ever seen. It consistently has issues and you will be stuck waiting over 40 minutes, especially if placing a mobile order. The employees are also very rude and will get irritated quickly when asking questions. I don’t know what their problem is but somebody needs to figure it out.

Spoiled

I made an order and I received my sandwich with nothing but meat on it. None of my toppings were on there. I expected it to be made correctly especially after there was a delay.

Placed an on-line order at 6:19pm and now it’s 7:38pm and still have not received order.Then checked outside, sitting on porch, no one knocked or rang bell. No call, no update, no service.

I walked in the store the guy who was working at 8:43 PM on January 23 asked me what I was there for I said I was picking up an order Gave my name he looked at some receipt through his hands up in the air and grabbed a cup in his phone and went to I Or his back room was back there for about 10 minutes, came back out on his phone to the point where I just walked out And requested a refund

This location appears to be terribly mismanaged. There are never more than 2 employees working during the lunch rush. The last several times I've placed an order online, I still have to wait once I get there to pick it up. This is after the 15-20 minutes from placing the order to arriving. The last online order I placed, when I got there I was told they no longer had the menu item I ordered (even though it was still available online and being advertised in store). I'm a Jimmy John's fan, but this location is not representative of what the brand should be.

Disappointed with the service (mostly) and the bread tasted a little stale. We waited a while for our food, only people in store (minus that one guy eating) with no acknowledgement of our long wait. Witnessed a worker (guy) come out to a table while wearing gloves to drink his energy drink and go back to work, that same guy later on ate something while making a sandwich on the line wearing the same gloves (witnessed after we ate). I love JJ's but this store won't be on my radar anytime soon.
