This is the slowest “fast food” place I have ever seen. It consistently has issues and you will be stuck waiting over 40 minutes, especially if placing a mobile order. The employees are also very rude and will get irritated quickly when asking questions. I don’t know what their problem is but somebody needs to figure it out.

I made an order and I received my sandwich with nothing but meat on it. None of my toppings were on there. I expected it to be made correctly especially after there was a delay.

Placed an on-line order at 6:19pm and now it’s 7:38pm and still have not received order.Then checked outside, sitting on porch, no one knocked or rang bell. No call, no update, no service.

I walked in the store the guy who was working at 8:43 PM on January 23 asked me what I was there for I said I was picking up an order Gave my name he looked at some receipt through his hands up in the air and grabbed a cup in his phone and went to I Or his back room was back there for about 10 minutes, came back out on his phone to the point where I just walked out And requested a refund

This location appears to be terribly mismanaged. There are never more than 2 employees working during the lunch rush. The last several times I've placed an order online, I still have to wait once I get there to pick it up. This is after the 15-20 minutes from placing the order to arriving. The last online order I placed, when I got there I was told they no longer had the menu item I ordered (even though it was still available online and being advertised in store). I'm a Jimmy John's fan, but this location is not representative of what the brand should be.

Disappointed with the service (mostly) and the bread tasted a little stale. We waited a while for our food, only people in store (minus that one guy eating) with no acknowledgement of our long wait. Witnessed a worker (guy) come out to a table while wearing gloves to drink his energy drink and go back to work, that same guy later on ate something while making a sandwich on the line wearing the same gloves (witnessed after we ate). I love JJ's but this store won't be on my radar anytime soon.

Ordered my usual sandwich at this location and got extremely nauseous. I advise everyone to NOT order form this location unless you want to get sick!

I ordered delivery through the app. It’s been over an hour at this point and I still don’t have my food. I called to see what was going on with it, the guy said “we only have one driver.” I used to work at JJ and we only ever had one driver per shift and nobody ever waited longer than 15 minutes. This is ridiculous and I will be getting my money back. I won’t be ordering from here again. Customer service is garbage, the wait is too long, and nobody seems to care.

I used to love eating here but it has went downhill. Seems to me they are more concerned with online orders than customers actually coming in the store. Yesterday’s experience was awful and they even got my sandwich wrong. Won’t be back.

Kenny the cashier has the personality of a brick wall. No receipt given. I asked how do I know when my order is ready. They answer from the girl in back was we depend on the honor system and for you to know what your ordered. After a pretty good wait they are calling out order numbers. No receipt with an order number how shoukd I know? The menu said nothing about mayonnaise on the sandwich. It was covered with mayonnaise which I hate. Very chaotic. I doubt I'll be back.

Placed an online order and picked it up. The order was completely wrong and called them and they wanted me to bring back the sandwiches after I drove home. So to compound the problem they want me to waste my gas. Horrible. Will never eat there again and I will make sure my company does not use them for catering ever.
