We ordered our meals to-go but the woman who took our order was very friendly. I gave 4 stars for the food because the menu clearly showed that drinks came with the meals. I had to buy them separately.

We traveled from Nicholasville to eat here last Thursday night. And let me just say it was awesome, the food was so fresh and hot. And food came out very quickly. Thanks for all the employees for working so hard. Great job

I was not really impressed. I remember when I worked at Long John silver's in college we were not allowed to do what I was seeing. The employees do stand outside the door smoking and just hanging out blocking the entrance, making it dirty. Not cleaning up outside. The chicken was dry and I knew it was old and small pieces The managers I worked under would have never allowed this kind of service. I do hope the one in nicholasville that is opening up soon has better training because this one could use some updating on the training + work ethics

Very laxidasical service.... I couldn't pick up my mobile order through the drive-thru.... There was no option to pick drive through or not.... I was told to park and they would bring it out to me.... But I had to go in and get it.... Your system is broken Please fix it You're the only Long John silver's within 50 miles...
