I ordered pizza hut because my two kids was hungry around 4:25 got a email at 4:30 saying my order would be here at 5:11 so around 5:20 i tried calling the driver and no answer called the store 5 times no answer and never got our food, So i ordered papa johns and 35 minutes my kids had food. Then i got a email from pizza hut today wanting to no how my food was.. What a joke!!

Covid has been over for almost three years. It’s time to bring back the buffet and turn on the taps at the bar! Folks are back to work in person and bygolly we want to stuff our fat faces in person, too.
C’mon Danville Pizza Hut. Let’s make it happen! Look how utterly sad and devoid of pizza-induced joy this place is on a football Saturday! Also, damn y’all, this is a gas station bathroom - may be time to upgrade.

These guys and gals are a great group. They need more employees and someone who can set the rotor to get better coverage. The pay is not competitive so getting more employees is difficult.

Tavern style lol more like lazy style. All the toppings where piled in the middle of the pizza. This place has gone so far down the hill it's under ground at the bottom.

Food Is good but the service is terrible. Ordered through the app and took over 5 minutes to have someone even come to the window even though there was 2 employee watching me. They've not been the friendly here lately either.

Missing several items from my order. Donuts, multiple sauces that I paid extra for, garlic cheese sticks.Pizza had the wrong ingredients. Had ham when I selected no ham, didn’t have jalapenos when I selected jalapeños.Both orders of wings had almost zero sauce.Tried to call the store over ten times but no one answered.Only people I was ever able to talk to were not at the store and completely useless and kept transferring me the store which as I said would not answer.I paid for delivery but still had to drive to the store because my order was wrong.While I was up there two door dashers were there because their orders were wrong. Two addition people were in there because their orders were wrong.The girl that was working the register said sorry employees keep calling in and we are short staffed. (Same story every time)If Pizza Hut only has enough people to take peoples money but not provide the service, then Close the doors and stop pretending you can provide services.There are too many other places that understand how a business functions. Danville Pizza Hut is a disgrace
I did not go to the store, I ordered home delivery. I did call the restaurant to make sure that my order went through because the confirmation text I received was not allowing me to view. The whereabouts of the driver gave me a morning time delivery that was already delivered. I. was so very happy when I opened the box. I would rather have my pizza little underdone, then overdone then I can heat it up in the air fryer. I have not had the pan pizza since I was a teenager in high school and I have to say that memory and that taste came back to me. Thank you, Pizza Hut for still being on top of your game

I went inside to order carryout and it's been a while since I had been inside this particular Pizza Hut location. And wow! Had it ever changed? They have the entire area or room where the salad bar/buffet was, completely closed off and I was told that it would not be reopened again. The fountain drink dispenser had a handwritten sign on it stating that it was out of order PERMANENTLY. However, the pizza was great the service was excellent and they were so friendly! Especially Joy. So I would have given 5 stars ,but due to the disarray of the dining area and the loss of a refillable foundation drink, I gave 4 stars. Yet still I would highly recommend this place, based on service and food.
Parking: There's always plenty of places near the door to park.

I always do carry out or delivery but the food is always correct and hot. The staff is always very friendly as well. One of the better Pizza Huts I’ve been to in my experience.
