they are rude first of all. I am on vacation at my daughter's and I have been here 4 times so far just for drinks. The last time I went I waited 54 minutes on my drinks and they never came. I had ordered on the app so it took me another hour to get my refund. This sonic has the worst servicecand customer service of any sonic I've ever been to.
