Food was good. Service was a little slow employees seemed to be more worried about telling jokes than working no ice in machine drink machine was out of everything have been there a bunch and the last two times were not good

Absolutely horrific. I was in the drive through line for 15 minutes and all I ordered was a large water and a fry. I hadn’t paid and had to use the restroom so I went inside to pay and use the restroom while I waited and got yelled at and embarrassed saying I was trying to skip line and trick people. I left crying. Don’t go here.

Really like the Wendy’s franchise. The French fries are the best in the industry. The new frosty line is great. Can’t get past the poor quality burgers they put out in comparison to their advertisements. Ordered a son of a baconater it looks nothing like what is advertised. The patties are half the thickness of the advertised burgers. See attached photo. I opened the wrapper and took this photo without touching the burger. Judge for yourself. Wendy’s you can do better than this.

We ordered with an online order. We got into the line and everything was perfect. We confirmed our order twice, pulled up to the second window, then got told to pull up and wait. We sit there for about 5 minutes before one of the workers come out and give us the WRONG ORDER after confirming twice. Of course we deny it and tell them politely which one we actually are. Then we wait around 20-25 minutes for just some fast food. My belt was burning against my skin because of how long we waited, I even gained a tan. They finally come out with our food and don’t even APOLOGIZE, like a normal human would. The worker looks like he’d been taking drugs. Also, about 5 people got our order before us and they didn’t even get there until 10 minutes into waiting. This place sucks, get new workers or shut it down.

Our food was cold and taste like it had been there for days. We were asked to pull up and wait. That took about 20 Minutes. If we had to pull up you would think it would have been fresh. Nothing was fresh. Will never stop there again.

Longest wait time for a fast food restaurant I've ever had. Over 30 minutes I waited and watched 5 other cars come and go before I got my food. I ordered about 2 combos worth of food, that was all. The time we went before that, we waited 40 minutes. And they don't apologize for the wait when you finally get the food either. Won't be going back.

Service is terrible if you can even get it. Yes I said it if you can get it sometimes you can go Into this place and not a soul we acknowledge you or ask if you been waited on. Drive though is just as bad they will work one order to completion before even taking another order it's an average 15-20 min wait in the drive though no matter how busy or slow they are

I have been to this Wendy’s for two nights in a row now. Last night I went through the drive-thru and literally drove away after the woman was flat out rude when I was trying to give her my order. Tonight I verified my order which was wrong and then the same lady and another guy was flat out rude again. Tonight it was not my order or I would have left. These night time staff members are causing the store to lose money. I also asked to speak to the manager and let them know so I hope for whoever owns this place’s sake something will be done about it!
