Went to this restaurant Saturday December 6 right at the beginning of lunch at 11:00 AM to get two double cheeseburgers for my wife and I and a fry. You would think at the beginning of lunch food would be fresh right. Get home short drive get ready to eat I kid you not the but and fries are cold the cheese wasn’t even melted at all! When I say cold not even warm! We found this out unfortunately by taking a bite we through in trash a good way to get food poisoning! Lettuce on burger wasn’t even supposed to have lettuce asked for no lettuce! Did not take back afraid to return now days. I know workers don’t get paid very much but still should do things correctly no matter! Wendy’s Danville Ky you have to do better!!!!!

Out of every drink we asked for then sat at drive thru 5 minutes then they parked us. For another 5 minutes for.potatoe wedges. Awful mangement, and will not be back

Took forever to order, order was wrong. Bacon cheedar potato had no bacon and asked for butter and sour cream and got two sour creams. Was highly disappointed. Called the store twice, no answer.

They denied my order for door dash like if I knew that I would’ve took my money else where n it was cheap all I had now I have to get door dash credit and order elsewhere this place is a joke the mangers suck

Went to the drive through and ordered a biggie bag. Asked for the Jr.Bacon and they gave me a jr bacon with ketchup ?? It doesn’t even come with ketchup . I’m allergic and can’t eat it. Probably won’t be back.

Absolutely horrific. I was in the drive through line for 15 minutes and all I ordered was a large water and a fry. I hadn’t paid and had to use the restroom so I went inside to pay and use the restroom while I waited and got yelled at and embarrassed saying I was trying to skip line and trick people. I left crying. Don’t go here.

Really like the Wendy’s franchise. The French fries are the best in the industry. The new frosty line is great. Can’t get past the poor quality burgers they put out in comparison to their advertisements. Ordered a son of a baconater it looks nothing like what is advertised. The patties are half the thickness of the advertised burgers. See attached photo. I opened the wrapper and took this photo without touching the burger. Judge for yourself. Wendy’s you can do better than this.

We ordered with an online order. We got into the line and everything was perfect. We confirmed our order twice, pulled up to the second window, then got told to pull up and wait. We sit there for about 5 minutes before one of the workers come out and give us the WRONG ORDER after confirming twice. Of course we deny it and tell them politely which one we actually are. Then we wait around 20-25 minutes for just some fast food. My belt was burning against my skin because of how long we waited, I even gained a tan. They finally come out with our food and don’t even APOLOGIZE, like a normal human would. The worker looks like he’d been taking drugs. Also, about 5 people got our order before us and they didn’t even get there until 10 minutes into waiting. This place sucks, get new workers or shut it down.
