I call snappys every week for my work because we do birthday parties. Usually the lady I speak with knows that to do and is nice. They usually give our business a discount and apparently that was an issue. Today, the girl was rude from the start, didn’t know what she was doing, put the phone down and was talking about me and then a manager got on the phone being rude and told me I didn’t have to order there… it was the weirdest experience will not be ordering again.

It's a pizza place that is loud and designed for carry out orders. They should take the tables out because dining in wasn't so great. The saving grace was the employees. They were excellent.

Order from dry ridge location very often,placed order for a Beast, large cheesebread with butter garlic sauce,checked it when I picked up and only had red sauce, he took red sauce out of pizza when I asked for our garlic butter,his response was I will half to charge you extra,and he wasn't very. Friendly

Delicious pizza delivered hot and promptly to our local overnight accommodation. We had a large Hawaiian which fed four adults for $25 plus tip. Great!

What happened to the customer service here? They have run out of ranch, not to mention when you asked for crushed pepper packets, they just DON'T deliver with your pizza. However, when you ask about the garlic butter sauce that is missing that you specifically ask for, you are then told they ran out of it too. OMG!! $45 for a BEAST pizza to be delivered.
We ordered take out 3 calzones and while they were quick and the size of the calzones were huge, they were very greasy couldn’t eat them with our hands because they were soggie and fell apart. They didn’t include eating utensils either. The toppings were wrong and in excess except cheese. We still haven’t decided whether there was any or not. I ate half and my stomach was upset most of the night. Maybe they were just having a bad night but definitely wouldn’t recommend. We chose that place because they had one of the higher rated restaurants which makes me wonder what the lower rated places are like. I opted for a salad at Walmart our last night and it was delicious , just throwing that info in there if I am giving y’all the impression I am some sort of food snob.

My husband suggested that I try Snappy Tomato Pizza, as he's from Kentucky and I'm from Michigan. I've never had thier pizza before. Today we ordered a large 2 item (sausage and pepperoni) pizza, garlic bread with cheese and some bread stix. IT WAS DELICIOUS!! fresh ingredients, great tasting dough and the sauce is the best! We got a great deal on all this under $23 out the door, pizza was a special deal. Overall really really great place for a home-made style taste, value and service! Thx Snappy for a great lunch (and left overs for dinner) tonight. We will be returning! (Photo of garlic bread with cheese is missing one piece because my husband snagged it up before I took pic lol)
