Horrible customer service. We ordered a cinnabread and picked it up. It was burnt. Burnt to the point it crunched in your mouth. When we called the store they only wanted to give us a refund. We asked if they could remake it and deliver since it was their mistake. They were not interested in remaking it because “they were backed up”. And they hung up on us.

Horrible customer service. Horribly quality food. Food was cold and part of our order was missing. Called to let them know and to see if we could come back and get the missing items, that we prepaid for. When a portion of our order was remade, it was made incorrectly and in a significantly smaller size. In store staff was incredibly rude and sloppy with our order. We are not complainers by any means but this will be the last time we order from Snappy. Mistakes happen, no biggie. However, unnecessarily rude customer service is not cool.

Best pizza I’ve had since I left Chicago 10 years ago! Wow. Fresh vegetables. Awesome sauce. Just wish I didn’t live a hour and half away.

We are not locals and wanted to try pizza that was somewhat local and not a huge chain. We ordered delivery online and the website said 35-45 minutes. I didn't get any type of confirmation beyond that so I called the store roughly 10 minutes later to confirm they got my order. The young lady who answered was very short. She said the delivery time was 35-45 minutes. I called back about an hour later for an update and got another person who was short and sounded like they didn't want to talk. She said it has just came out of the oven, then said the driver was leaving with it now. Within a few minutes of hanging up, the food showed up. The pizza was lukewarm and tasted average. The green salads had so much red onion it was over powering. The ranch wasn't great either.
Domino's would have been a much better option.

Ordered Snappy pizza over other chain pizza places I have tried and glad I did. It was delicious. Fresh, great tasting ingredients. A very pleasant surprise, as this was first time trying them. Delivery guy was outstanding.

This was such a nice little find after visiting the Ark Encounter! Sarah was so nice…she was genuinely interested in us and our travels and her kindness would be reason enough to go there. We had a pizza, breadsticks and the warm double chocolate cookie pizza for dessert. All were amazing!! If you’re looking for a quick, tasteful & affordable stop, I highly recommend Snappy!!

I call snappys every week for my work because we do birthday parties. Usually the lady I speak with knows that to do and is nice. They usually give our business a discount and apparently that was an issue. Today, the girl was rude from the start, didn’t know what she was doing, put the phone down and was talking about me and then a manager got on the phone being rude and told me I didn’t have to order there… it was the weirdest experience will not be ordering again.

It's a pizza place that is loud and designed for carry out orders. They should take the tables out because dining in wasn't so great. The saving grace was the employees. They were excellent.

Order from dry ridge location very often,placed order for a Beast, large cheesebread with butter garlic sauce,checked it when I picked up and only had red sauce, he took red sauce out of pizza when I asked for our garlic butter,his response was I will half to charge you extra,and he wasn't very. Friendly
