“Went in for lunch with my friend, Haven't eaten at a DQ in a while. We both got chicken tender baskets. Service was fast and friendly. Helped me with the menu (I have slight vision issues). Food was hot and obviously made fresh for us and very tasty! On the way out the door I apparently dropped my wallet. The manager Tristian Howard found it, checked my ID and contacted me on Facebook to let me know where my wallet was! Held it safe til I was able to return and pick it up. Definitely went above and beyond to make sure I got my wallet back. Then checked back with me to make sure I got everything taken care of. Great service, great food, I WILL be back!“
“They were fast and friendly on day shift . My food was hot and fresh... I came the other night and bought $50 worth of food to wait for 25 mins and it had a long red hair in it. She didn't have her hair pulled back nor have gloves on making our food. Took it back in and they were rude about it. Then got the order wrong on the second try. I just didn't even eat and left. The kids on nightshift should be managed or taught better. Night shift could learn a lot from day shift.“
