“Literally the best dairy Queen in louisville, maybe the best one in the entire state. Service is always incredibly fast, and the food never tastes like it's been sitting out or was overcooked. I literally drive out of my way to go to this location anytime I want dairy queen, they are fantastic.“

Its a must try. The outside was clean and attractive, the inside atmosphere was perfect temp,customer service was on point and food delieverd to us in a flash!
As soon as we were done employees took action to clean up tables and sweep!

“I stopped by this Dairy Queen and had a good experience overall. The ice cream and treats were fresh and delicious, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the visit enjoyable. The only downside was that the wait time was longer than expected, which slowed things down a bit. Other than that, everything else was very good and I would definitely come back to this location.“
“Great place for a quick treat! They have a good selection of soft serve, Blizzards, cones, sundaes, and even birthday cakes available in the freezer section. The store is clean and the staff are super nice and friendly—always ready to help with a smile. Perfect spot for kids and families, especially on a hot day. Highly recommend checking it out for both regular ice cream cravings and special occasions“

“The valley view men meet here on Saturdays for breakfast and a quick word plus the ladys in there work hard and make sure the coffee is always fresh the atmosphere is always inviting and they table check everyone in the lobby areas such a great dairy queen location. Thanks to all that work hard here.“
“Came here on free cone day and was expecting to be kicked at, shoved around, and spat on by other customers. But was satisfied to be greeted by a nice group of staff. Nice cone delivery despite how busy this day was going to be. So grateful to the community at this DQ and everything they do. Love ya!!“
“Update: I was there in January 2026. The place has gone down some. Staff not as friendly , service was slow,chicken basket wasn't as good. Plus, like everything, the prices have skyrocketed.
Drive thru service was great. Food was delivered quickly, hot and excellent taste.“
“Sometimes this place is hit or miss, depending on when you go (day/time). Today we were overcharged for something and when we brought it up with the manager, he fixed it right away, going above and beyond. Thank you, Jeremy! You helped change our mind about this location. Kudos!“

“Was in the area for an appointment and they were the closest restaurant. Greeted by a really friendly employee when we entered. Waited on quickly. The man behind the counter was friendly and polite. Went to get my drink and the ice wasn’t working. A employee noticed, apologized and got me ice and filled my drink. Waited at counter and when food was ready was expecting to take to table ourselves but the lady said she would. Noticed we didn’t have napkins and went and got us some. All the employees working were friendly, made sure we were happy with our food and service. Everything was clean inside and out. Went through drive through later which was fast and those workers were also friendly. Food we had was delicious! Went around lunch time so fairly busy but didn’t slow them down. First fast food restaurant I have ever been in that made me feel like I was in a sit down restaurant with servers. 100% recommend!“
“The staff were so kind! Their fryer broke, but they made up for it with extra fries. DQ’s ice cream is fantastic, and the food is always hot. I keep coming back for the great service and food. The location’s a bit awkward, but overall, it’s an amazing DQ!“

My breakfast today was awesome, Biscuits with gravy $4 is a good deal though it was dollar more for OJ. Food was all hot and fresh.“
