“Amazing service we were a little bit annoying not on purpose kind of had two separate orders but said to charge it together and they were still super polite the whole time and even put an extra bag in the bag in case we needed to separate it and they told us where each sauce was in the bag ..... Amazing service and also the food pretty good for fast food“

“Literally the best dairy Queen in louisville, maybe the best one in the entire state. Service is always incredibly fast, and the food never tastes like it's been sitting out or was overcooked. I literally drive out of my way to go to this location anytime I want dairy queen, they are fantastic.“

“I stopped by this Dairy Queen and had a good experience overall. The ice cream and treats were fresh and delicious, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the visit enjoyable. The only downside was that the wait time was longer than expected, which slowed things down a bit. Other than that, everything else was very good and I would definitely come back to this location.“

“The valley view men meet here on Saturdays for breakfast and a quick word plus the ladys in there work hard and make sure the coffee is always fresh the atmosphere is always inviting and they table check everyone in the lobby areas such a great dairy queen location. Thanks to all that work hard here.“

“I mean, it's a DQ so we all know the atmosphere. Not terrible, it's clean and tidy, just you know how it is 🤷‍♀️ okay BUT the service was great 👌 really...the drive through was caring and kind. The fish sandwich was also good believe me or not but it was!“

“Came here on free cone day and was expecting to be kicked at, shoved around, and spat on by other customers. But was satisfied to be greeted by a nice group of staff. Nice cone delivery despite how busy this day was going to be. So grateful to the community at this DQ and everything they do. Love ya!!“

“Update: I was there in January 2026. The place has gone down some. Staff not as friendly , service was slow,chicken basket wasn't as good. Plus, like everything, the prices have skyrocketed.

Drive thru service was great. Food was delivered quickly, hot and excellent taste.“

Our grandmother can only have liquids, and Barb’s kindness and compassion made this such a meaningful moment for our family.
