My go-to DQ. Food is always great and the people are always really nice to us and seem like they actually like their job which is great and very important I feel
Not only was I pulled and made to wait 10 minutes for chicken tenders, but also they refused to give me a receipt and then my order was wrong meaning I had no proof to get it fixed!
Super sweet servers.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers hot food and friendly fast service, making it a convenient spot for breakfast or a quick meal. While some visitors have experienced variability in their meals, with issues like raw bacon and small portions, others have enjoyed their breakfast visits and look forward to returning. The restaurant's Blizzards are a highlight for some, and despite occasional staffing shortages, the staff strives to provide good service. Recent reviews mention that the staff can be both friendly and unhelpful at times. For example, one customer appreciated the quick and accurate service from a sweet older lady, while another found the ice cream staff rude and suggested they should use lids and be more kind. Some customers were disappointed with their orders, such as receiving ice cream with hot fudge splash instead of hot fudge sundaes, or getting a Carmel Moolatte with chocolate sauce and no whipped cream when they ordered just one. The lobby has also been noted as dirty with debris on the floor, and some staff members spend time outside rather than taking pride in the work area. Despite these issues, the restaurant remains a popular choice for quick meals and treats.
