The management at this location is extremely rude. I used my reward points to get a free sub; the points were removed from my account and were shown on the receipt, however I was still charged for the sub. Upon showing this to the in store staff, they called their manager who told them I was wrong and that my original total was more. I showed an in store employee on my calculator how the original total on the receipt was what I was charged and showed her in my bank account how...read full review
