I love my halo prime 300, cooks amazing with a ton of flavor and the battery option is awesome. halo as a company is a step above with thier customer service as well!! i highly recommend halo pg!!!
Received my griddle and it was missing the HANDLE! It has no freaking handle, how do you not pack the HANDLE!!? If you used this thing you would burn yourself trying to open it. IT’s DANGEROUS!!
I have tried calling everyday…well that was a waste of time. They NEVER answer any calls, no matter the time of day. I cannot get a resolution by email, and I am at my wits end. This is BY FAR the worst support from a company that I have ever experienced. I should have bought...read full review
Purchased one of their pizza ovens and have yet to receive it, order shows complete on their website when I log in. Never received any shipping or tracking info, and it is impossible to get ahold of anyone through their phone number, email, Facebook or a support ticket like they ask you to do. Hoping they respond soon. Unbelievable.
