I placed a simple order of a single burger. After I refused to give my name for the order, I was given the name "teddy," which seems a little insulting. It wasn't a particularly busy hour, but after I noticed that people who ordered after me were getting their food, I asked where my order was. They were also confused. As if they never took my single item order. They had to re-place the order, at which point I got a refund and left

I come thru here about every 4-6 weeks and the same sweet lady in drive thru named Lisa is such an ABSOLUTE sweetheart! Give this sweet lady a raise! She is what customer service is about! I will be asking about her my next time thru!

They got the order wrong. We ordered two no10 (breaded chicken sandwiches) meals, including drinks. Tried the unsweetened tea, it was spoiled. That should have been a red flag, along with how quickly our food came out. We went down the road, took the food out only to realize that they had given us some kind of beef burgers, which looked pretty bad too. Never ate them. Paid something like 32 bucks and ate just the fries. Fast food, pretty pricey at that and to not even eat it. Disappointing.

I waited at the counter at 10:27 am, calling for a cashier to order breakfast. One comes up at 10:31 and says they aren't serving any breakfast items.
The only reason I put 4 stars is for Mr. Alan. I had ordered a plain (no cheese) hamburger with only lettuce and onions, that simple everytime I order a burger. However, everytime they STILL add cheese. Mr. Alan made sure he told the person who puts the burger and toppings on that it was PLAIN with lettuce and onions. Yet again they still added cheese. They need to get better because I will not be getting food from there again.

3:30 am and still serving lunch from the day before. Um...it's morning time. How about breakfast? Nope, they won't make it. There's one guy working to do everything. That's because they don't want to work so they drive away business. Was here a few days ago and it took 36 minutes to get 1 sandwich even though i was the only one there. They ignore you standing at the counter even though they see you standing there. Huge waste of my time going here. Won't be back.

Literally the slowest fast food place I've been to. No one in lobby. No one in drive thru, waited three minutes no answer so finally ordered 2 wraps and a drink. That was it. He pulled me up. A few minutes later came out said no cherry coke, and switched to mellow yellow. Waited outside 8 minutes. Walked in to see what was going on and literally they were moving so slow. Said waiting on chicken. Total 23 minutes for two wraps. Horrible

I’ve stopped by this place several times on my way home from work and the last three times around 5am there would be no one there to serve you. Went to the drive thru, no answer after several minutes, went in and no one was around to take an order. Guess they figure very few people are around at this hour so they just decide to hide, do nothing and get paid for it.
