If I could give negative stars I would. To Start with I ordered a hot ham and cheese sandwich combo, (and since you were out of chicken fingers) I ordered 2 cheeseburger kids meals. What I received was a ham and cheese sandwich where the ham and cheese was as if it came out of a refrigerator, the bun could have been used as a hockey puck, the fries were decent, but my diet soda was flat (I think they ran out of CO2). The kids meals were even worse, I was shorted both fries, both kids toys, and one drink. The first cheese burger the meat was ok but the bun was hard as a rock (inedible). The second burger the meat even tasted rotten and again anther hard as a rock bun. I went back in to complain, but the line was several deep, and an additional line with several customers had formed complaining about there food. Absolutely waist of 23.32. My order number was 1506310.Even though I pass this place often I'll never stop there againBill

My friends joke around because I go to hardees so often. It's always in pursuit of that perfect biscuit I've eaten at hardees across the country unfortunately biscuit quality relates to the person making it it's not easy too get it right but ms Lisa at this hardees knows how to make a biscuit! Unfortunately i think she switched shifts and I always asked if she made the biscuits when I saw her. because hers are so good. Quality suffered for awhile but I would swear these are Lisa's biscuits now she told me they made some effort to show the other people how to make them and I can tell! Keep up the good work. And thank you for supporting us truckers and veterans.

Lisa in the drive thru really made my morning!!! She is so sweet!! She's perfect from her personality to her service!! My family & I will literally be driving 20 mins for breakfast because of Lisa's smile & morning spirit!! I'm not a morning person but Lisa brightens my day!!
