Charged me tax on an 18% gratuity for 3 Adults and 3 kids. Ended up paying an additional 45$ of tax and tip on top of my 175$ bill. Outrageous prices. Not worth it going more than once. Had to be on top of the waitress who we only saw twice to fill our drinks once.

Great decor, great food, service was fantastic! Only minor complaint was the music was pretty loud and had trouble hearing the people on the other side of the table from me. Will definitely be back though!

Von was an outstanding waiter at KPot! Von took the time to walk us through the entire process, explained how everything worked, and made excellent recommendations that helped us get the most out of our meal. The service was attentive throughout our visit, and Von made sure we always had what we needed. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Third time going, it takes a couple trips to start figuring out how to put flavors and ingredients together. It's a great experience to try different flavors.

It's kind of cool with the experience but I don't like the low quality meats. I just had a whole bunch of pieces of chicken. It was hard to cook all the small pieces. Seems like they drowned them with sauces to enhance the flavor.

It's fun cooking on the grill though I enjoy that.

The music was too loud and it was a particular type of music. I got tired of listening to it actually.

First time there was good. Second time there, the waiter was rude and slow.
Food was ok.

Go at lunch if you want a better deal. Dinner is 32 bucks a person. That doesn't include drinks or alcohol or the special icecream on their menu. They give you a tablet to order from which is extremely convenient. Each menu item is limited to 5 orders per table and you must wait 2 minutes each time you put an order in. However, you can put in an order for each person dining and by the time you start cooking your food, you wont even notice their is a 2 minute cool down before you can put your next order in on the tablet. Their special icecreams are about 6$ per and their alcoholic soju drink runs about 16$ a bottle (roughly 20 Ounces I think).

Horrible service. Greeted w “we are closing in an hour”. Wouldn’t serve a beer “bar was closed 45 minutes before closing. One of our guests was a vegetarian and they made no effort to assist or offer options after we asked server and manager.

Soooo much food! Be prepared for a two-hour food extavaganza! Sebastian was an excellent server for first timers. I'm generally not big on all-you-can-eat places but this was an experience! I couldn't afford to do this once a month, but a great place for a special evening.

I give this place 5 stars because the experience is always great when we come. I highly recommend requesting “Sean” as your server, he was awesome.
