Phone order, asked for sweet BBQ sauce and didn't expect it dumped over all the meat. Could only taste sauce so I can't say the brisket or other meats were good or not. For the price put sauce on the side. Overall for the price, would not eat there again, food wasn't the best.
We went to Pappaw's BBQ today for the first time. I was very impressed! The food was really good. I got the loaded fries which had chicken breast, nacho cheese, and BBQ sauce on them. It was enough for 2 people. My husband got the combo meal with chicken, pork, and brisket, cole slaw and baked beans. He said the baked beans were the best he's ever had. The service was awesome. This restaurant does a lot for their community. This Thanksgiving they delivered meals to people who couldn’t make it to their FREE Thanksgiving dinner that they were having in the restaurant for Thanksgiving. They also put on a really amazing firework show on the Fourth of July. They do free meals often, which help the homeless in our community.
