Don’t even bother with this sonic. This place is an absolute JOKE. No one knows what they are doing and it’s POORLY ran and managed. Placed some orders via the app. went to pick them up. Took forever when they were not busy, they rushed me out with all our orders. Get a mile down the road to my destination, to find out most of our orders were wrong. 99% of our drinks tasted like pure carbonation which if someone was doing their job, they would have known that by the weak...read full review
We placed an app order at 5:51 PM and received our order 6:49 PM. Found out we were not the only ones that waited that long. What has happened to this location. It used to be significantly better. Also our food is cold so obviously it has been sitting. Glad we wired so long to get cold food.
THIEVES. Ordered online. They were out of rings. Said had to call a # for refund. Was given wrong #. 2nd # given was unreachable but did match the one online. Couldn't reach the phone number for him on receipt. an hour later still no refund still trying to figure it out. I TAKING MONEY AND NOT GIVING WHAT WAS PAID FOR MAKES YOU A THIEF.
