Every single time we come to this Starbucks and every item we get there literally sucks. I have a few favorite items that I always get at any Starbucks, and every time I go to this one in Elizabethtown it tastes like dirt water. Staff is nice, but coffee is just gross.
Want to give a shout out to the Starbucks on Dixie today. I had no idea it was a Christmas cup giveaway today when I put in my mobile order. The drive thru was all the way back to LB it seemed like. The parking lot was packed full, I had to park by Xfinity. Then I went inside and it was chaos. But that Barista that’s was making mobile drinks was kickin some butt! She was pumping them out as fast as she could! I only had to wait about 10min. The team kept their cool, worked together...read full review
This place is a joke. Waited in line for 20 minutes get to the speaker and then say the card machine is down. Very rude staff had to wait another 20 minutes just to get back out of the line. Ridiculous they need to come up with a better system for when this happens.
