I've gotten drinks from here around 3 times maybe. They've never been made right so I just go to the stand alone Starbucks after Kroger instead. For example I ordered a venti iced soy latte with an extra shot. I watched them pour cold brew in a cup and some soy milk. I let them know I ordered a latte, not a cold brew and they were pretty annoyed to make it. Mind you there were 2 workerd and no one else in line. Not really worth spending 7 dollars for a drink purposely made wrong.
Ok. The customer service rep certainly gave off a vibe that she did not want to be working. She was courteous, but not as enthusiastic about her shift—at least today. Three stars were given due to the unsanitary seating area. The tables were dirty, crumbs were lined across the table and it didn’t appear that anything was being tended to in that area. Even with the place being crowded and people standing all over the employees were friendly and they really moved everyone in and out. I have to say this was one of the best, fastest and pleasant experiences I've had in a coffee shop in a very long time.Thanks
