Very friendly employees, nice place to relax
Not sure they know how to make the drinks yet I paid 525 for a drink something I could make myself! When I asked if they were going to put whip cream on it she said if you want some. I explained that’s how the app says it made and it’s normally made. The app states what’s in the drink she looked at me said she wanted to say make it yourself. This Starbucks Coffee Company location is a unionized store with a store manager who is empathetic and demonstrates great care for her team. The baristas deserve more pay and tips for their courage to stand up for better working conditions. The staff is always extremely friendly, efficient, and attentive. The coffee and service are consistently enjoyable, and one barista always goes above and beyond, multitasking while being friendly and helpful. The refreshers are great for non-coffee drinkers. The order is always 100% perfect and the inside of the store is always clean and orderly. The coffee is fast to get. However, a minor complaint is that the baristas don’t always pay attention to the customer’s order, which is an issue across most Starbucks. One time, the sprinklers were going off by where customers order, a known problem. Despite this, customers continue to go back for the good energy and customer service.
