The coffee is burnt, the bathroom have not been cleaned in it looks like a week. I was totally disappointed in this Starbucks. We decided to go there instead of local because we have been disappointed by them I’m the past and never Starbucks.. well now that has changed and now will start trying local again!

The employees are top notch!! There are several who know me by name as well as my order … I’m there daily sometimes twice a day !!I only have a few suggestionsYesterday was 1/2 off but my location was closed ?somehow that should be communicated as well as several times the store has been out of white chocolate.. going through drive thru this is an inconvenience because1.) your already stuck in the drive-thru2.) customers should be given a discount for the inconvenienceThank you

The coffee wasn't all that great. It was ok, but, I can make ok coffee myself.They weren't busy and I had to wait a bit. McDonald's would have been better.I don't know if they were short handed? I don't think it was shift change. I just feel they could have done better.Have they changed their coffee, that was a bummer.

Was never there that place sucks... bunch of liberals...
I've never seen a more messy Starbucks! I don't know if they were short handed or what, but the restroom was out of toilet paper, there was garbage and dishes all over their counters and the tables were all filthy. When I placed my order I was told they were out of venti cups for hot drinks and trenta cups for iced drinks and that it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait for my drink. I did receive my drinks after about 15 minutes and they were made correctly and tasted good.

Ordered tall flat white they forgot to put steamed milk in it it was seriously 1/4 of a cup if that about 2 or at most 3oz in a 12oz cup I could not believe the handed me a damn near empty cup and charged my 5.40 I contacted customer service by chat and by phone and was told to go back to store and have them remake it was all they could do I told them it was 25 miles away and closed in 15 minutes they said it's all the could do the didnt give refunds or compensate me another drink to my account I decided to delete my account and never by Starbucks brand ever again due to there great customer service that gave no service at all
