Stopped for an unsweet tea on a crazy hot day. Ordered the unsweet tea and bean Crunchwrap in drive through. Handed change from a hundred dollar bill without it being counted back to me. After a ten minute wait employee brought out the food. Given a sweet tea and shorted me on change. Poor attitude that was not friendly. Outside was not well kept up. Do better, TB!

The food service in atmosphere was great. I was a drive-through customer. Heather H is on my receipt, but she had a young man working with her working the window who my order and made my drink! They was very fast friendly and knowledgeable,

So I work 3rd shift. Decided to go there on my lunch break. I placed my order, it was two delux boxes. One with grilled chicken one with crispy chicken both supreme. She repeated it to me, asked if it was right on the screen which it was. Pull to the window, they in there talking to each other a mile a minute not paying in attention. When she opened the window I asked for her to make sure I could tell the difference between the boxes. Grilled and crispy. She said “yeah I can do that for you”. Closed the window continued to talk. Got my food. Got back to work nothing in the box was what I ordered or even came close to what was supposed to go in the box. So I had to take a quarter point. Go back up there, I just wanted a refund because my lunch had BEEN over at this point. They swipe my card and said they didn’t know how long it would take for my money to be refunded. I said alright and asked for the persons name in case I didn’t get my money in a few days and had to contact someone in management, I would know who I had spoke too. He refused to give me his name. I asked for a manager and he wouldn’t get me one and said she wasn’t going to give me her name either. I said ok I’ll stop back up here if I don’t get it in the next couple days and he shut the window in my face. I’m highly upset, and I’m calling corporate. I get they are bunch of young people, I have kids myself and try to give them grace. But this was ridiculous and rude. And if I say I want a manager get me one! To me a mistake is forgetting the sauce in the bad, or napkins, forgot the sour cream to leave off beans. But they was no where in the ball park with my food. And there was only me and one other car there. I’m just trying to figure out how they even did that. I’m pissed. And hungry. And who knows when I’ll get my $25 back. To busy hanging out and running their mouth and not giving a shit about their job or people’s time or the high amount of money it cost to eat there. And I’m on a point system at work. Very unmindful and they need to do better

This Taco Bell location was clean. The food was ready in e very timely manner. I had the shrilled Steak Burrito meal and a Mountain Dew in the restaurant. It was a good experience and the service was good I can’t ask for much more. Overall I would recommend this location based on how I was treated as a customer.

I went to Taco Bell at 3:36 pm my cashier Jennifer B was very mean I ordered a soft taco no lettuce, small water and nachos fries I gave a $20.. firstly she didn’t give me any nacho fries and she didn’t put my nacho fries on the receipt but took my money and didn’t give me change for the missing nacho fries then she charged me for a medium water when I asked for a small and got a small drink next we went to back to get my nacho fries she refused to give them to me even tho she remembered who I was and taking my order so she charged me for them I have $8 left you can do the math… I should have $14 she probably pocked the money from the looks of her she also was loudly talking about me and bragging about it. I would fire her or they will lose business with these kids coming after school she much think people are dumb but the only one who’s really dumb is her. Also to add on the cook… my taco was cold and the nacho fries I HAD TO PAY FOR 2 TIMES was just fries… not nacho in it and the water had somthing in it (yes Taco Bell changes for water ridiculous)

Let someone else go in front of me late night through drive thru (pulled over to the side) employee told me “I could be trespassed if I do that again and sit next to drive thru” i asked if the guy I let in front complained and they told me yes. When I confronted him he had a different story.
This is sooo stupid and crazy!!
Threatening to trespass someone in the middle of night over sitting to the side for less than 5 minutes. (And saying they have someone else before) stated I did it to order online when my order was already placed and I went to that one to give more time for my food to be done (I live almost right next to another one!)
Nasty behavior threatening to trespass over that (lawfully you cannot so you might wanna inform your employees of that especially when it isn’t loitering)

Parking: Don’t park or pull anywhere (apparently you’ll be threatened to be trespassed)

Stoic Box

The beans always taste very dried out like they are very old or were severely overcooked. And everytime I eat from this taco bell I get sick to my stomach afterwards. I have been several times over a year and it's always the same so it isn't just a one time occurrence. Do not recommend.
