Great food great environment and friendly staff this one guy there always wears colorful hoodies he's really nice and has a good sense of humor make sure all my food is there. It feels really relaxing to be able to chat while waiting for food. Definitely a good place to go

Food is good over all didn't get what I ordered though. I got the saucy nuggs and got plain ones. I called no answer. To lazy to drive back to get it fixed. Shouldn't have to. Manager was super nice though. She was taking orders.

They didn't have our order correct when giving it to us, but corrected right away. We tried the new sauced nuggs which were ok but would be better if they were coated all the way.
Food was very good. Manager very friendly and helpful. The girl at the counter was new but did fine. Definitely recommend to me I like this Wendy's the best in etown

If most of you guys are mad and fussing about the dining room being closed please deal with it. I know this isn't really a review but if you all are just complaining about something that's normal to fast food chains, please don't pull up to this location, or any others. If your order is wrong go and ask them nicely to make one instead of whining about why you didn't "get the best experience". All of you guys need to show some courtesy before making some sort of response like some other previous reviews. And if no employees don't greet you or put a smile on their face whenever people come in. They're trying to work hard on making sure their orders are right instead of wasting their time and messing up people's orders. Dang you people need to get this right.
I had some very positive experiences here and not a single time this featured negative nor rude customer service here. Never once have I had issues here or any other locations. This is not a 3 star experience, this is a 5 star one. I will come back eventually.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Because this location is the prime example of dedication and hard work. I went through this location a few days ago, and the service was amazing! I mean it is a Wendy's, but this is a bit better compared to the other locations. I got myself a Pretzel Baconator, Fries & a Vanilla Frosty. The pretzel bun was so soft, and the burger all together was juicy and delicious! The fries can be said the same thing with the burger. The frosty, is a must to get when you are stopping for something quick. A+++++ customer service as well. Nice employees, and employees there who stay focused on quality will do anything to change a flop to somehow very positive. I <3 Wendy's!

There weren't so many customers at this location, but that doesn't mean it's automatically bad and fallen to pieces! This one has the greatest service of all time, and one employee helped me guide throughout the order too, and even though it's new and clean, it could use a little bit of fixing. But speaking of which I got my food. A Dave's Double w/ fries and a drink. The burger was hot, but cooked to perfection. The fries were also crispy and gold, and the drink was good. Overall I give this a 10/10 experience and I will continue to go to this location. Not sure why this one has a low rating but this one is a ten star experience for sure!
