Gotta go 5/5 since it’s White Castle. Just moved to the area and I’m so happy I’m finally near a White Castle. Food is 5/5.

However it’s the slowest service on the planet. I’ve been there 6 times this month! (I love love love WC)

Food always great..... but last time there, from the time we ordered til the time we left was 34 minutes! A 20pk sliders with no cheese! That's DEFINITELY a problem that needs addressed!

The food was good but my fries were not hot. 96% of the dining room area is/was dirty. The floor was so sticky. I literally went to my vehicle to get a Clorox wipe just so I could clean my table.

Managers should also walk the floor. A fast food restaurant should always have an associate/ employee checking the dining room. It reflects the manager on duty. I literally made my husband stay around for over 40 minutes just to see if any employee would come out from...
