“I placed an order using the app for the first time after my order was picked up by the delivery driver it was cancelled idk why so i called and they sent me to a supervisor named Jared and he was beyond helpful very kind remade my food plus gave me a gift card and had another driver bring it to me they Lady that brought my oder to me was also very kind as well they were both complete sweet hearts and I can't say thank you enough“

“Well after years of eating & bragging about the food at coal grove Giovanni’s, I finally got to take her to eat there this evening Nov. 21st. We ordered , I had Italian sub , it was very good as usual, my Wife ordered the open face pizza bread with pepperoni, mushrooms, & banana peppers, but when order came to table I noticed puzzled look on wife’s face after 1st. Bite , she said only thing on sandwich was pepperoni,???🤷♂️🤷♂️so when I told the person who had taken the order she did offer to fix a new one but we had already had to wait about 30 minutes in first order so she ask for just the banana peppers , and then were only offered $1:50 off on meal ?? But what disappointed me was they all my time going there , never had anything wrong , but just bothered me that it was wife’s meal after it took so long to get her there! We will go back but will be a little bit more conscious on what we order??? Coupon on another sandwich would have been good, not just $1:50 off????“

“Bellacinos has quickly become one of mine and my husband's favorite places for dinner. We've tried the pizza, pasta and grinders... we are stuck on the grinders, so many to try! The employees always greet us and are very friendly even when it's a little hectic they make sure our food is good! we highly recommend them!“

“Customer service is a lost commodity in today’s works but not with this location.
This is the only Giovanni’s we go to. Why? Well tonight they overcooked our pizza a little but it was still ok. Not ok for the team there because they made me another pizza before I knew about it.
The lady brought out two pizzas and I was thinking I never ordered two. She explained she overcooked one and showed me. Then she opened the other and said look how pretty this one is. I was shocked they stepped up before I knows about it. A

“I know the holidays are hard on service workers. but my 75 year old mother ordered from here once a week always. she gets her and dad antiposta salads every week. they messed them up. I know it was not in purpose. but my mom asked that they please send the right one and was denied this. they said they would but only at 10 pm and only if she drove half way to meet them. this was a 8pm this was her dinner. they go to bed by 10. I am so disappointed in them. she didn't get to eat last night. I want them to do something about this and I don't want them to be rude to them again. I hope you can fix this because they love your place. and this is not right. I expect to hear from you. period“

“Great service and Alyssa is great to work with! We had about 30 people from Blazer’s class of 1984 and service was superb! They even decorated the tables with “welcome class of 1984”.“

“They have amazing customer skills, they are very friendly and kind. Their pizza is amazing and so isn't the ham wedge. I recommend this Giovanni's out of the whole tri state. Keep up the amazing job guys and gals. oh and the food is very fresh and hot.“
