I usually call in my order but I recently discovered the app and have been ordering that way. There is no way to customize the Italian cheese bread on the app. So last time I called and told them that I had an online order but didn’t want seasoning on the Italian cheese bread. Order went smoothly. Tonight (11/20/24) I ordered again using my app, again no way to customize the order. I tried calling the store to tell them. I called 10 times. 10! No answer. None. Not even to ask me to hold or anything. Nothing. When I got to the store to pick up my order I expressed to the lady on the speaker (manager I assume but I hope not because she was rude when I pulled up saying she couldn’t hear me and called me rude lol ok) she heard me when I was expressing how I had called 10 times with no answer because she responded with “we were busy”. Ok awesome. But you could have answered the phone and asked me to hang on a second instead of ignoring my 10 calls altogether. I understand places get busy. But there is a better way to handle all aspects of customer service including ones calling on the phone. I will probably find a different location or a whole other pizza place altogether. We just use this location because it’s convenient and close to our house but at this point I’d rather have much better customer service than convenience and closeness. I’m sorry but this isn’t the first time we’ve had problems with little Caesar’s. Tonight was the worst. If we continue to use LC it most likely won’t be this location

This place is extremely slow and they never have the advertised hot H Ready. They never have nothing hot n ready not sure what they do all day there!!!

Said she only had 1 pizza. They only scheduled 2 people for football Sunday. I told her to forget about then. Went down to Pizza hut no problem. 19.99 2 pizzas bread sticks in 20 minutes.

The people are usually always nice, but the crazy bread just isn’t anywhere near as good as it use to be. I use to get it a lot but now if I want it I go to Ashland because this lil Caesar’s crazy bread is just plain bread and sauce…where’s all the seasoning?! No wonder it’s always 2 for 6. I’d be surprised if they sell any at all!

The Italian cheese bread looked & tasted like it was 2 days old. It was dry & barely had any seasonings on it. It tasted like cardboard. The pepperoni pizza wasn't that much better, but at least my son ate it.

Took my order the middle of a hurricane warning with half the store not even having electricity. I was down at Pizza Hut for an hour waiting on my food with them running around like chickens without heads. The young man and lady at Little Caesars were taking orders with pen, paper and calculators, still getting the orders out in a very acceptable amount of time. No idea what happened at Pizza Hut but I won't go back.

Went for friend when they first opened, i understand when you first open and have people waiting to get in it could be a little overwhelming, but you open at 11. Ordered cheese pizza which was fine, but the customer service from the brown haired girl, Veronica C. , was just awful, especially after asking for a receipt. God forbid you hand people their change and receipt without an attitude. Get a different job outside of food service and customer service if you don’t want to be where you’re at!

This place is horrible now. For over a year they've been serving undercooked pizzas. The top is burnt the bottom is raw dough. However when asking for a fully cooked pizza I'm simply told "they all come like that because of our new dough" yet somehow when I get home and throw the pizza in the oven the bottom magically crisps up! Lazy workers ruined this establishment.
Some days it is on point and other days it just isn’t worth it. Biggest complaint is if I put an order in on the app then it better be fresh. Most of the time I feel like they just pass off the stuff that has been sitting there.

Waited 10 minutes at the speaker after being told hold on. I never talked to anyone else so I pulled forward to the window where I waited another 5-10 minutes before someone opened the window and said yeah can I help you. I told them my order then they said it would be a wait on the pizza. There was no one in front of me and cars stacking up behind me. I saw 3 pull off the lot tired of waiting and I would have done the same except it was lunch for my friends at work. 0/10 stars I would not have gave you my money if it wasn’t for my coworkers wanting your pizza. I will not be back to this location.

I’ve had Little Caesar’s thin crust pizza before and it’s always good so I decided to order one tonight. But instead of calling it in I downloaded and used the app to place the order. Using the app is a super easy experience, and I had my order placed in just a few minutes. Then I decided on a password and was able to set up an account without needing to reenter all my information again. I also got a quoted time frame for my order to be ready. But they beat that time by a lot, and I was actually able to be back home with my order in hand, hot and ready (pun intended), with one minute to spare ahead of the original time quoted. Great job Little Caesar’s! Food was delicious, too!

Never have advertised pizza always just give it to the last person always be about 12 14 minute's and I can get you 1 or I have fresh out of the oven hot and ready until you open box and realize it's not fresh
