The staff are amazing and super friendly but I got an extra, most bestest and it was the least, worstest I've ever had. There was little to no sauce on it and I think they've changed their recipe bc it really wasnt good. Still love the crazy bread tho. š

I don't mind a pizza that's not piping hot, but today I placed a online order and went in the store and waited over 15 to 20 minutes (I don't mind to wait on a fresh pizza) but when I got it, it was cold AF and the crust was so hard that my 7 year old couldn't even chew the crust due to how hard it was. There is absolutely no way that pizza had just come from the oven. Stop taking people's money online if you can't get anything out fresh. That's so annoying.

I use Little Caesars a bunch of times in different areas this location was lacking toppins. Got a sausage fast and ready and there was maybe 4 or 5 pieces sausage on there.

I usually call in my order but I recently discovered the app and have been ordering that way. There is no way to customize the Italian cheese bread on the app. So last time I called and told them that I had an online order but didnāt want seasoning on the Italian cheese bread. Order went smoothly. Tonight (11/20/24) I ordered again using my app, again no way to customize the order. I tried calling the store to tell them. I called 10 times. 10! No answer. None. Not even to ask me to hold or anything. Nothing. When I got to the store to pick up my order I expressed to the lady on the speaker (manager I assume but I hope not because she was rude when I pulled up saying she couldnāt hear me and called me rude lol ok) she heard me when I was expressing how I had called 10 times with no answer because she responded with āwe were busyā. Ok awesome. But you could have answered the phone and asked me to hang on a second instead of ignoring my 10 calls altogether. I understand places get busy. But there is a better way to handle all aspects of customer service including ones calling on the phone. I will probably find a different location or a whole other pizza place altogether. We just use this location because itās convenient and close to our house but at this point Iād rather have much better customer service than convenience and closeness. Iām sorry but this isnāt the first time weāve had problems with little Caesarās. Tonight was the worst. If we continue to use LC it most likely wonāt be this location

Said she only had 1 pizza. They only scheduled 2 people for football Sunday. I told her to forget about then. Went down to Pizza hut no problem. 19.99 2 pizzas bread sticks in 20 minutes.
