15 people in line, 1 register open. Instead of taking customers in order, they opened a register for cash only. People waiting in line for 15 minutes were skipped in order. To top it all off, they had no pretzels ready, 6 employees on the floor, and a 20 minute wait once an order was placed. Disappointing.

Legitimately have spent $8,000 plus at this store ALONE over the past 7 years as I work at the mall. I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR HERE OR AT ANY OTHER LOCATION. Ordered a small drink and was refused a refill. Said that only comes with the large. I offered to pay the difference and was told I have to pay the full price for the large. RUDE. You picked an $0.80 hill to make a stand on. Good job, I'll happily spend my money else where. NEVER AGAIN✌️

Today, my visit included receiving an old stale pretzel for $5.00 , then returning to complain about it to receive an undercooked disgustingly greasy pretzel. get your act together. Not to mention? the man who waited on me was a jerk and dirty looking. throwing away $5.00 + .

I am visiting from CA. I got my almond pretzel, it was kinda not hot, I like my pretzels hot. I told them. So pretty and very nice young lady-name Emily, baked me a fresh almond pretzel and even brought it to my table. Very nice service.

The manager was rude and walked away when I approached the counter. I stood there waiting and it took a few minutes for someone else to come out. There was also a small child that later came from the back with the manager she came back out and they just sat there and looked at me. I ordered lemonade.

If there was an option of ZERO stars, this Auntie Anne's would get ZERO. There is absolutely NO reason to treat customers rudely, roll your eyes at them, and mumble under your breath so they cannot hear you and then be irritated that they have to have you repeat yourself. If you're out of what the customer wants, THEN MAKE IT! But laughing with your co- workers, then treating customers like a bother is not very good business practice.
