I got my almond pretzel, it was kinda not hot, I like my pretzels hot.
I told them.
So pretty and very nice young lady-name Emily, baked me a fresh almond pretzel and even brought it to my table. Very nice service.

The Auntie Anne’s in the Florence Mall is top notch. They are busy all the time and offer a great selection of pretzels and drinks. The staff is very nice and offered suggestions. Shawna (sp?) was especially nice at the register. She walked me through my first of many visits.

Auntie Anne’s has amazing pretzels! The best in my opinion. The service is usually spot on. However, today as the employees worked hard through the busy hours the manager acted out of control as if he couldn’t handle the job. He was yelling at customers to give him their orders! Several folks felt uncomfortable with his attitude as well as the fact he wouldn’t change his gloves. When it came time for my order I was ready- and yelled it to him, he didn’t hear it and needed...
