The cashier was friendly, and she and the other employees were doing a great job filling the case with fresh products, and my original pretzel was fresh, warm, soft, buttery and spectacularly delicious!!

I am visiting from CA.
I got my almond pretzel, it was kinda not hot, I like my pretzels hot.
I told them.
So pretty and very nice young lady-name Emily, baked me a fresh almond pretzel and even brought it to my table. Very nice service.

The Auntie Anne’s in the Florence Mall is top notch. They are busy all the time and offer a great selection of pretzels and drinks. The staff is very nice and offered suggestions. Shawna (sp?) was especially nice at the register. She walked me through my first of many visits.
