We stopped to have lunch and was surprised how few people were in the restaurant. The turkey platter was good but my friends cheese burger was so small and overcooked. Service was a little slow also, but we will give them a try again one day.

Went on thanksgiving. Server seemed green and it took forever to get our drinks. An hour later we insisted on bread for the table and that took about half an hour. Shortly after, food came out and it was all ice cold. Manager took care of the meal, but my elderly grandparents didn't eat, as well as the other 70 percent of the party. If you can't get a pre-fix thanksgiving menu well executed, close that day and relieve your staff.

The chain has declined in quality over the years, or at least this restaurant has. Like many chains, this one suffers from too few staff to keep up an efficient operation. The food tastes like it’s more from the factory than down on the farm.

Ordered from there 4 times in 2 weeks. They advertise that they deliver. THEY DO NOT. They contract with door dash. 3 of the 4 times food was wrong and they couldn't find the house because they apparently can't type in an address and go to that street. They just go by the map. Can't talk to the drivers because they can't speak English. Today was the topper though. Called Bob Evans and they told us WE need to get ahold of dasher. The dashed that we did not contract with. Well guess what he couldn't understand. After hours of waiting for our food, it arrived ice cold. Try eating sunny side up eggs cold. Shame on Bob Evans for treating their customers this way. Shame on you for false advertising. Will be reporting you for false advertisement .

The waitress was very good and when I pointed out that the Home fries looked like they had been cooked twice and were not edible she deducted the cost. Otherwise, the rest of the meal, country fried steak, eggs, biscuits, coffee were perfect!

The only knock on the food is that the portions are small. The eggs and hash browns are definitely smaller than waffle house and more expensive. Flavor is good. Just good. It is an old people type of restaurant. If you don’t mind hanging with the Elderly or prefer it, then come here.

Visited Ohio for the second time. And stumbled upon Bob Evans in KY side. I love that the food they served is comfort food. I wished they had a location in Southern California or even in Las Vegas. I love everything in their menu.

We don't eat out often, but wanted to grab a breakfast out before shopping on a day off duringthe week. Restaurant was moderately busy when we arrived, but nobody manning the host/hostess station when we arrived. Several other parties began forming a line behind us, and finally someone seated us after a few minutes. Red flag #1. Once seated it was several minutes before a server showed up at the table. Immediately asked us if we were ready to order. Okay, why not I guess. Red falg #2. Ordered food and coffee, and the waited, and waited. Coffee was lukewarm and weak. Silverware was not clean. Food took forever, and it was cold upon arrival. Toast was actually bread, it may have seen the toaster from across the room, but it doesn't seem like it was ever actually in the toaster. The only thing decent were the hotcakes.
Edit 11/03/2024 Contacted Guest Relations regarding this visit. They replied the same day, and said they would be sending a gift card. The card arrived about a week later, and after checking the balance through their automated phone system, it was $10. Not what I was expecting from a nearly $40 awful breakfast experience.
