Is there a reason why the summer chicken salad was pulled from the menu? I ate there on the way home from Cincinnati to Lexington, Ky and I believe I may have received food poisoning. My brother had a hamburger and fries and he didn’t get sick

We stopped there with a group. One of our group has a meat allergy and they were not accommodating at all. All the other restaurants we went to were very accommodating and cleaned the grill for her so she could have something to eat. This restaurant needs to do better.

Stopped at the Florence, KY location on my teip back to WI. Me and my kids ate here back in 1997 when we lived there and the food is just as delicious now, as it was then!! WISH we had some in WI!

This was our first time eating Bob Evans and it was not pleasant. My spouse food was completely cold (never got an apology or acknowledge the issue). Some staff/management had earbuds in and were standing around (not busy enough to have 10+ people stargazing). Overall: Food Quality, Atmosphere, Customer Service, Consistency and Management needs additional training to be successful.

Came in yesterday morning with my youth group of 6. Everyone was very friendly! Holly did an amazing job, within 5 minutes of being sat at our table we all had our drinks and orders in!! Food came out perfect, and hot!! She checked on us multiple times while we were eating, and never let a cup go empty! We will definitely be back to see Holly soon!!
