It was Sunday. Reservation was for 12:30pm. NFL games start at 1:00 pm. They appeared to be understaffed. Also, noticed more staff showing up later. Why wasn't the bar / restaurant staffed for the Bengals crowd? I'm sure they're there every week at the same time. Wait times for food and drinks were way too long! Server appeared confused and overwhelmed. I blame management on this one. Staff the store early. If the crown does turn out to be light you can always cut...
Came here not knowing it was a casino as well so I got the wine and done service and walked out with 500 bucks in my pocket. Definitely recommend Kelsey she is the best server we ever had. Wine and dine experience to the fullest
The food was excellent and plentiful for the price. The service staff made us feel very welcomed and they were all very helpful. It was the best meal we've had in a long time. The atmosphere was upscale from the everyday dining experience there, but it was within the Turfway Casino, so that part we didn't care for, but others might like it. No matter, we will go again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
