Chuy's continues to be one of our go to's for awesome Tex-Mex cuisine. The restaurant looks so fun and the people have been so nice to us and that was definitely no different this time. On this occasion I got their Steak Burrito which was stuffed with steak, Jack cheese, and Hatch Green Chile sauce. The steak and cheese was excellent with great flavour cooked into the steak. Their poor customer service. They were under staffed, the hostess Linda was rude and very unprofessional. She didn’t know the meaning of customer service. The mgr on duty Cassie gave lip service but didn’t care either. Every one seemed overwhelmed and it took over 50 minutes to get our food. Would never recommend this location.
