I personally haven't experienced any negatives with this location. I will agree with some reviews that it could be a bit cleaner on the inside, but the people at counter seemed friendly enough. Maybe a smile will help. But I like coming here to use rewards, otherwise, it is a little on the pricey side. I haven't gotten any food items from this location, but from my previous experience at a different DQ, the burger tasted good. Last time I visited here I got a large sundae...

The place is old, but they don't usually disappoint. I ordered a cherry/ raspberry misty float. It only had raspberry, but that's not huge, the food was great, and some of the best fries anywhere.
