Such a charming spot! The burger was absolutely delicious — flavorful, and freshly made. The portion size was perfect, and the price was super cheap for the quality. Great value, friendly vibes, and I’ll definitely be back for more!

The hamburger and fries were almost as great as my homemade hamburger and fries! The best thing was I didn't have to clean up the kitchen or grill after eating. The price was reasonable.

I don’t frequent Freddy’s often but I’ve never received undercooked food from them. It’s concerning that someone would serve undercooked onion rings. Things are expensive, even fast food this will be my last time at any Freddy’s.

I always knew Freddie's would be coming to Florence. Bless the owner of Freddie's on Beechmont Ave in Cincinnati. He really went out of his way so I could pick up some patty melts with fried onions on toasted rye bread and a couple custard desserts. It worked but not fast enough for me. This is the best idea for GEEAT FOOD fast. Not hamburger, But you can get that too You will be talking about their fries. I guarantee that!!!

Food was very good and fresh. Workers were very friendly and accommodating. The dining area needed a little attention which they were tending to as I was leaving. Overall I was very pleased! I like the fact that Florence now has a location and I don't have to drive to Cincinnati!

Recently visited Freddy’s on Houston rd and had a wonderful experience! Alex, The new General Manager was absolutely fantastic and had great customer service! Food was amazing guys! thanks so much!! 10/10 would recommend

We were in town, and my father decided to treat all 10 of us to dinner (over $150 bill). Our Freddy’s in Louisville/Lagrange is amazing and always on point. I was severely disappointed with this Florence/Houston Road location.

Not only was our order a mess and wrong, and shakes barely had any Oreo in them. Above all, the manager working at the time was very rude, and was cussing to herself in front of my young children when fixing an order on the register complaining about them being short staffed.

All it took was an apology for any of the reasons above (I get it when work gets stressful), but nothing.

It was Sunday evening at 5:30, so there shouldn’t have been any excuses about staff. That is the responsibility of the store manager or franchise owner. If they’re short staffed, the overall store manager or franchise owner needs to come in and help. No excuses.

Kudos though to the sweet young cashier as she was doing her best. Restaurant was clean too.

I normally don’t post things like this, but the owner and franchise need to be made aware. It’s never been like this with fast food in the past, but when meals are $13 to $18 a person, one would expect a significantly better dining experience.

Get it together! Quite a disappointing experience for me, my father who paid the bill, and my family. I could go on, but I’ll leave it at that.
