10/10 experience our cashier Hailey was so helpful and accommodating! Definitely suggest the new refreshers it was so good!!

Every time I come here, it seems they clean less and less. I also had communication issues with the cashier the past 2 times. The food is always delicious but ordering is too frustrating and the lack of cleanliness this previous time disturbed me. That was definitely my last time coming.

The food is good but only if you can get past the lack of cleanliness which I no longer can. This use to be my family's go-to place, but the doors always have splatters on them and today the bathroom I went into had no hand soap. There were a few splatters on the wall at the booth we sat at, and there were communication issues with the cashier. I love that they offer a veggie burger, but I can't keep going for that reason alone. Until they start sanitizing, I'm not risking my family's health.

Dope prices for what you get. Its like the better version of culvert in my opinion. This location is always clean too and gets the food out fast I've never had any issues. People who work here are super nice too im here daily.

I don’t do a lot of reviews, and mostly I only review when it is a great experience. Sadly, this one is negative.

This Freddy’s location is just plain horrible. Was staying at a hotel next door and wanted a shake to satisfy my sweet tooth. My order was taken by a surly man who couldn’t have cared less about a customer. As I waited for my “shake” I began to notice the appalling lack of cleanliness of the restaurant. Don’t get me wrong the building looks brand new, but everything inside was dirty. The soda machine had ice 3 inches high in the tray, there were food scraps/crumbs under the tables, tables hadn’t been wiped, the floor behind the counter was full of scraps of food and debris, the condiment area on the counter had trash everywhere, and the custard machine had product all over the front. I had already paid for my $6 shake, so it was too late. I took one bite and decided eating it might make me ill if this is the state of sanitation, so I threw it away.

The owners of this location better wake up and clean house or your millions invested will be gone.

Can't rate the food as it was made wrong and the young cashier snatched the ticket out of my hand and told me that is how I ordered it then that he didn't hear me even though it was clearly printed on the receipt then argued with me over getting a manager i waited for the manager and didn't get a single question about the problem or an apology. I will never go back!

This was my first time at Freddy's and I can definitely say I will be back, we walked in and I immediately took note of the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the staff was very kind and friendly in helping me make my choice as I wasn't sure what was gonna be good, the food was absolutely amazing, came out in about 2 min and was hot, if you havent been here do yourself a favor and go especially if you can go during the non busy hours cause I hear this place can get packed, I will definitely be coming here to dine again and I cant wait to try somthing new!
