The one on Mall Rd in Florence is horrible..ill never go back..
Went thru drive thru window. Missing part of my order, after I arrived home. Drove back to ask for new order. Was talked to by a rude women named Tonya. I asked for a refund and she said no I will charge you for the new order. Even though I brought the unfinished order back that was untouched. I told her I wasn’t pay for the order. She said That she will call the police. This was on my Zion road. DO NOT GO THERE. SHE DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT BE WOKING WITH THE PUBLIC.
Manager stated the order was rang up a certain way so we didn’t get all our food due to a accidental way the order was placed I explained I’m sorry but that’s not my fault that it’s probably $2.00 in credit so I asked to place my name under a credit he explained since it wasn’t fixed before I left I would not receive a $2.00 credit.
Note it’s the little things that matter I promise I’ll make this $2.00 haunt you 😅.
