English service please!!!! I don't understand the staff on the intercom, on the cash register, or when they give you the food. "Tartar sauce" is not comprehensible to people that only speak Spanish, so don't order fish. They will understand "ketchup" and "salt", since they sound similar to Spanish. So what will happen when I need "mustard?" What is wrong with this place? Bring a person to translate or download an app, before visiting here or you will leave frustrated.

Drive through. Person taking orders couldn't hear or couldn't speak enough English, or both. Not enjoyable. Food was old and not good.

I just went through here to get food for my nieces. My mom was driving and I was in the passenger seat. The lady on the speaker was extremely rude and uninterested. She would cut me off in the middle of a sentence. It was very clear she was doing other things while taking my order. You could hear her talking to other people and giving other customers their totals which isn’t a big deal but she wasn’t ringing up the right things. I tried to tell her I didn’t order a sprite and she said “well you’re going to have to speak up because there is an interstate behind you.” I said I’m sorry I’m in the passenger seat. And she said “well if you’re in the passenger seat the driver needs to be ordering.” I wish I could convey her tone. It was incredibly rude. Who’s to say the driver was even able to speak?? She then tried to give me my total when I wasn’t even done ordering. And I said you’re rude. Never mind. I’m going somewhere else and went to Wendy’s across the street. I get that times are rough but if you choose to be in customer service, you need to do just that or find another job.

I went to McDonald's on Dream St. In Florence, Ky. I order a quarter pounder with a small fry and large coke. Made it home without getting any traffic problems. The person taking My money was very polite as was the person handing me my food. It went downhill from there. Quarter Pounder was very small and smashed and the French Fri's were cold. They were not busy.

Both teenagers female & male working Christmas Eve @6:40 working the drive through windows y’all did great! So friendly even though you guys were busy kept the line moving & food still came out great. Props to you two !!
Wow!! Best customer service I have seen in McDonald's ever!! Very friendly! The French fries are ACTUALLY good! I have not had good fries at McDonald's all year. Graciously fixed my drink after a miscommunication at the drive thru box and gave us an extra item because it was accidentally made for our order. Definitely coming back to this McDonald's on dream street!

First let me say that I know this location has nothing to do with how the atmosphere looks but it is so commercial looking McDonald's use to be a place to bring your kids its a place to put a smile on your face Ronald McDonald alone represents Happy and kid friendly yet McDonald's is no longer that from the decor to the workers it's grey in color no playground no tablet activities nothing that says we are a kid friendly establishment. This particular restaurant had two TV's and playing was baseball? I went to the drive thru placed my order and went to grab a fry out my bag to only grab a cold fry I mean barley warm so I went on the inside to order fresh fries and the manager I'm assuming just walked up to the counter and was like what's the problem I said could I get fresh fries then I proceed to check the rest of my order and the rest was decent except my sandwich which was thrown together and could tell the meat was hard so I'm standing at the counter and I'm fussing under my breath and the cook sees me and he calls over the drive the girl she asked what was wrong and the manager comes up behind her and I tell her look at this sandwich would you rat it this chicken is hard and I want a new one she tells them to drop fresh chicken . So I proceed to go to the table with the rest of my food and toddler and we eat in she yells out my chicken sandwich order I go get it and looking for my fries to see that they are there to in a separate bag so I grab my food and we eat the sandwich was much better. But just the customer service and I feel like quality over quantity at McDonald's and that particular day made remember why I stopped eating it .
