The manager was a young person, but he was very polite. He was very tentative with me because the kiosk didn't give me a receipt. He made sure I got a receipt before I left the restaurant. Great customer service! 😊

Thanks for the food poisoning. Ordered a Sausage egg and cheese muffin. Got part of the way through my stale burnt muffin and the egg was undercooked. Threw most of it away but ate enough of it. Yesterday and today has been spent in the bathroom.

Zero Star – Very Disappointed Stopped by this McDonald’s and had a really disappointing experience. The manager, Desiree, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We had an issue with the app that wasn’t our fault, but instead of offering a solution, she made us feel guilty and acted like we were the problem. To make things worse, she was yelling at her crew in front of customers—totally unprofessional. Honestly, Desiree leaves a lot to be desired. I expect better from McDonald’s management. Won’t be coming back to this location.

It took 30 minutes for me to get a 6piece happy meal, there was no rush at all, I went inside to order. I stood there for the longest time watching them make all the orders but mine and the worker was on their phone the entire time. Maybe focus on getting orders out instead of instagram
