The last time I went to a charlie's was like 2017, It had a very comfort and homey feeling plus a beautiful atmosphere with wonderful employees Who care and understand what you want or need or you know I'm afraid to give a little bit of advice what it comes to exploring their menu and all that, And it hasn't changed, The servers are still awesome, Managers still greet their customers, And the atmosphere is still amazing.
Entrees were wonderful, but seemed a long wait from time of order to when food came to us. Kind of a hard wait for our two year old. Dessert: terrible. Don't order the peach cobbler--nothing like the picture. We ordered two servings. A waste of about $10. Mine had exactly 2 peach slices, some gelatinous goo, and a small piece of bland cardboard crust laying on top. First bite was a shock: STONE COLD! Who serves COLD cobbler!? We asked waiter if it was supposed to be cold...
Great service 10/10 service, I would come back simply for just the night crew I had on Thursday night. It said Amy on my receipt if that’s who my waitress was she was amazing, you really don’t see service like that anymore. She was funny and attentive and a great person all around. My hostess was kind aswell. Made my night and I hope they get treated as they deserve!
