Food is great. Staff looks like they HATE their job. Last 2 times my family came in the employees seemed to be in a bad mood. The first time a lady who i asume was the manager was very mean to a new employee, she yelled at her for not asking questions. The girl appeared to be embarrassed and upset. Had never been here. No one greeted us. No one smiled. Associates touching everything while cleaning with the same gloves used for making the sandwiches. Miserable faces. Questions seemed unwelcome. are plenty of places to eat in Florence so for $30 for two sandwiches, this experience was awful. Will not return. Feeling unwell afterward.
Wanted to give a shout out to Terrence and Alexis. Her for giving excellent customer service, and Terrence for recommending the additional custom toppings on my steakhouse beef sandwich; that sandwich was a game changer. Thank you two for going above and beyond to make my dining experience here amazing. I'll definitely be back again 💯
