I placed a to go order and waited 45 minutes in the restaurant and the staff still had not began making my order. 3 staff were working the line and completely ignoring the to go orders that were rolling in. We were offered no apology or explanation. Completely disorganized. Multiple people were waiting for their to go orders, some were already there prior to me arriving and still waiting. Ultimately I had to leave so I wasn’t late for work, with NO food or refund. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I was so excited to try it for the first time. Had to wait 50mins for my mobile order. Definitely no compartments for mobile and walk in orders. Pure chaos and very understaffed

If You Want Great Food Come Here ! Qdoba Is My Favorite Place To Eat. It’s Like A Chipotle But Better Is How I Describe It To Anyone & Everyone I Talk To. Better Taste , Freshness & Better Portions. I Go At Least Once A Week But That’s Only Because It’s In Florence 15 Min Away And I Don’t Drive. Otherwise I Would Eat It Everyday. Their Chips & Queso Are Better Than Other Places At A More Affordable Price. I Just Went Today When It First Opened Got Chips And Queso & Now That I’m Off Work Currently Eating It. Still GOOD! I Definitely Recommend!

It has been a few years since we have been to a Qdoba. We weren't sure what we wanted to order, and the staff was so helpful and patient with us! I ended up getting the tortilla soup, which I think is like the Mexican gumbo I used to get. It was so good! Everything tasted fresh. I was so impressed with the staff! From the time we walked in until the time we left, their engagement was warm and welcoming! Kudos to them for providing a great experience! Even if the food wasn't as delicious as it was, I would come back just to support them! Well done!

Person behind the counter didn’t understand when I wanted an item from the app rather than a custom bowl. Portion was small and not filling. If you’re not a soda drinker, the water is unfiltered and kind of funky.
It is really good because it’s Mexican cheese with it.

We had a wonderfully delicious meal, well presented and full of flavor. Hunter and Logan were so helpful and friendly and when we had an issue with the soda fountain, they assisted us with a drink from the fridge options. Definitely pleased with our visit.

Do not recommend. Last time I came here the individual who was preparing my burrito couldn't help but make several "phallic" references toward the food. This set an overall uncomfortable environment and it is sad to see that they continue to act this way in the work place. Will not be coming back. Food is alright, lucky for me there are several qdobas I could go to.
