The pizza was junk. The bottom was extremely burnt and was inedible. The employee who took care of me was polite however the gentleman in the back came out of the back looked high and extremely dirty as if he has not taken a shower or washed his clothes in weeks. Not exactly what you want to see if you are trusting the place making you food

Was given raw dough. Lady working the counter was rude and extremely unprofessional. You truly can tell she hates her job. There was another customer the same day given raw dough.

Worst experience I have ever had. The lady was super rude. Since the beginning, she asked us what we wanted and that we should make it quick because they we’re literally closed. It was 2 pmThey had a lot of pizza out. I get that she may have been short staffed, but that gives her no right to be rude. Then she tried to give me a slice of pizza that was so soggy, she couldn’t even put it on the plate. I asked her if she could put it in the oven for longer, and again responded so rudely. I couldn’t deal with it so I just asked for a refund. Sbarro, you need to do better with hiring your employees.

Terrible baked ziti! Seemed like it was a week old! They even gave a side of sauce since they knew it was old & thought it might hide that fact! The ziti was all clumped together!! Yuck!

Went up and asked if they had any more Stromboli coming out, the lady working pointed back and very rudely said "you seen me cutting dem," I did not see her cutting them,what a way to drive away customers, I had goldstar instead.
My son and myself came to this location for some lunch. They were still setting up so the guy said "give me a min and I'll get your order" 20 mins later I ask for a slice of cheese that just come out of the oven. His co worker informed us it will be another 15 mins. When I told her he said that 20 mins ago she got very rude and angry for literally repeating what her employee had said to me. Highly unprofessional attitude with customers, she shouldn't be in the restaurant business if she can't control her emotions when dealing with the public. I'd suggest going anywhere but this location. Ever.

We tried to get a piece of pizza. They're supposed to open at noon. It was well after noon. The guy working said, "just one minute"...so we waited, that's fine, no issue. We waited 15 min and just needed a slice of the cheese pizza. It was ready. I just asked for a slice of that for my son. Some other VERY RUDE woman said, "he told you 15 minutes, we aren't even open." Seems like from previous reviews this woman's attitude is a constant issue. Maybe you should do something about that instead of losing business because of someone who is not meant for customer service.

I'm actually a former employee and decided to read these reviews. Before I even started I told the person I was with "watch all reviews will be about rude service" that's because the GM Nic---le is rude as they come. How she ever got that position ?. Just glad I'm gone and moved on. The management will get it. Maybe or maybe not lol.

Good luck trying to get a job here. They will tell you that they will contact you and then when you go there and tell them they didn't contact you, they give you an excuse that you needed to check an email and they don't tell you what the name of the email it is that you're supposed to be looking for. And the new general manager seems like she wasn't properly trained for the position. Honestly I'm not going to waste my time here. If you want a real reliable pizza job, go to pizza hut or dominoes or larosas.
