Terrible baked ziti! Seemed like it was a week old! They even gave a side of sauce since they knew it was old & thought it might hide that fact! The ziti was all clumped together!! Yuck!

The food is either always cold and old or they just made it and it's too hot and they won't let you buy it. Not to mention it's never cooked long enough anymore and the girls are always so hateful and rude. If they don't like their job they should find one that brings them joy. Sad because this place used to be so good and the workers were very friendly. Not sure what happened if it switched under new management or what but they should definitely make some adjustments.

Went up and asked if they had any more Stromboli coming out, the lady working pointed back and very rudely said "you seen me cutting dem," I did not see her cutting them,what a way to drive away customers, I had goldstar instead.

My son and myself came to this location for some lunch. They were still setting up so the guy said "give me a min and I'll get your order" 20 mins later I ask for a slice of cheese that just come out of the oven. His co worker informed us it will be another 15 mins. When I told her he said that 20 mins ago she got very rude and angry for literally repeating what her employee had said to me. Highly unprofessional attitude with customers, she shouldn't be in the restaurant business if she can't control her emotions when dealing with the public. I'd suggest going anywhere but this location. Ever.

We tried to get a piece of pizza. They're supposed to open at noon. It was well after noon. The guy working said, "just one minute"...so we waited, that's fine, no issue. We waited 15 min and just needed a slice of the cheese pizza. It was ready. I just asked for a slice of that for my son. Some other VERY RUDE woman said, "he told you 15 minutes, we aren't even open." Seems like from previous reviews this woman's attitude is a constant issue. Maybe you should do something about that instead of losing business because of someone who is not meant for customer service.

I'm actually a former employee and decided to read these reviews. Before I even started I told the person I was with "watch all reviews will be about rude service" that's because the GM Nic---le is rude as they come. How she ever got that position ?. Just glad I'm gone and moved on. The management will get it. Maybe or maybe not lol.

Good luck trying to get a job here. They will tell you that they will contact you and then when you go there and tell them they didn't contact you, they give you an excuse that you needed to check an email and they don't tell you what the name of the email it is that you're supposed to be looking for. And the new general manager seems like she wasn't properly trained for the position. Honestly I'm not going to waste my time here. If you want a real reliable pizza job, go to pizza hut or dominoes or larosas.
OMG !! I wish there’s lower than a single star , poor staff , bad attitude and dirty oven !!! They don’t even accept questioning and expecting everyone first time know everything on the menu. 10/22/2022 1PM the register should really get fired .

They open at 12 but not really more like 1 we showed up at 1225 pm for the 2nd weekend in a row for them to tell us the food isn't ready even though what we was wanting there was plenty of they said 15-20 minutes until they are done preparing food then why say your open at 12 instead of being rude to paying customers multi task if there is something ready that you have and are "open" then you should serve the customer

I work door dash when to pick a order up stops at the counter for 20 minutes not an employee in sight keep ringing their phone number provided google search still 25 minutes later may a single employee in sight if you don’t believe me please check this place out for your self.

On 8/8/22, my daughter and I went to this place to get lunch. There were other people there also waiting but the workers were nowhere to be found. We called for assistance and nobody showed up. We were there for a while and eventually the customers left because nobody came to help us.
